At ATI, we are committed to keeping your communication system operational by providing the very best service program in the industry. ATI offers a complete 4 Point Service Program with every system we install.

Point 1: Preventive Maintenance--Proactive care to avoid operating problems
Diagnostics, testing, and field replacement of certain components are critical to continued efficient operation of your system. Preventive maintenance may also include software revisions to enhance the system performance.

Point 2: The ATI Technical Assistance Center (TAC)--One point of contact
For all your service and technical needs, the ATI TAC, located in Naperville, Illinois, provides expert technical service support for our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the business day, 8 am - 5 pm CST, our polite, professional, certified, knowledgeable staff will personally answer your calls. After normal business hours, and on weekends and holidays, service calls are directed to page our on-call technicians.

Point 3: Corrective Maintenance--Recovery in the event of outages
Including hardware and software, ATI is responsible for all parts, tools, and labor required to maintain your system. ATI will respond to all service requests within coverage hours when notified of system problems. [/ Span]

Point 4: Quality Spare Parts--Available if you need them
We furnish all replacement parts and are proud to maintain a complete inventory of new parts locally for every system we support
 

 
 
Designing your communications system requires attention to features and functions so that the users have the right tools at their fingertips.
 
The ATI Project Managers provide the product knowledge and the experience to make your communications system operate just the way you thought it should.

From locating instruments to designing the routing for your calls, the ATI Project Manager will professionally and knowledgably guide you through the design and implementation of your system. How long should your customers be on hold? Where should busy calls forward? What priority should incoming calls be given? What happens to calls after business hours? Where should the speakerphones be placed? Who needs caller ID? These are only a handful of the hundreds of choices you will need to address.

Our Project Managers are always professional, always practical, and always thorough.

Training is the most important part of a good installation. As part of the initial system installation, ATI will provide on-site, classroom training for phone users, including voicemail, unified messaging, and peripherals. The training sessions that ATI brings to you will reflect the features and functions of the system you designed.

If your organization prefers to teach its own basic user sessions, we can provide train-the-trainer instruction.

Additionally ATI offers training for system administrators either on-site or at our Naperville, Illinois facility. Administrator training may include ACD/Call Center, moves & changes, and call accounting administration.

We believe that training is absolutely critical to your employees. During the warranty period, which is one year from the installation, you can schedule additional basic user training on a quarterly basis at no additional cost.
