We purchased the ShoreTel system from ATI in 2008 to support our four locations in Park Ridge and Fox River Grove. The system has given us the seamless connectivity we needed between our sites, helped us improve the flow of calls to our appointment desks, given us greater functionality, and significantly reduced our telephone costs.

From the beginning ATI was very knowledgeable, guiding us through our understanding of the technology and our options. They were very thorough during the database and implementation stages, insuring that the system was designed to best meet our needs. The Hodgkins Police Department had the Shortel Phone system installed in November of 2013.  After the initial project of finding the vendor that would fit our needs, ATI was the choice.  We had worked with ATI during our initial install of the original phone system over 12 years ago.  During that time we had a great working relationship with their sales department as well as the Customer service department.  It is one of the best I have worked with. They are always very willing to assist with any situation and always find a resolution to the problem.

During our new install, we worked with Tiffany Strathmann as our Project Manager.  Tiffany was extremely organized, punctual and very familiar with the ShoreTel Phone System.  Her daily work schedule went above and beyond to get the project completed as efficiently as possible.  She did an excellent job training our staff, and continued to answer questions well after the install was complete.

We used to have to wait on hold literally for hours when we had carrier service issues. Now we let ATI take care it. Apparently they don’t wait on hold either, as they know the right people to contact to quickly escalate the issue. Saving us the time to actually do what we went in business for in the first place.

In October of 2012 Fair Oaks Farms made the decision to upgrade their phone system to a Voice Over IP ShoreTel phone system. We worked very closely with our sales representative Jonathan Shaver and on the technical side with ATI project manager Erik Anderson. Our original plan was to install this system before the end of the year 2012. Due to issues beyond our control this install did not happen until February 6th 2014.

At the time the project was given a green light we worked very closely with Erik who carefully went through the process of gathering the necessary information required to install the new system, then the project was placed on hold. More than a year later we were finally able to do the install.

Due to Erik’s continuous work on our account the install was seamless with no major issues. Once our install date was confirmed, Erik was in touch with us making sure the information was updated and all the back ground programming issues were handled. When he arrived on site he was ready to go with a crew including himself and one other technician. Our cutover was carefully planned for after regular business hours so that we would not experience any interruption of service.

While the training classes were going on his assistant was busy deploying the new phones. The training was clear and concise with step by step handouts for all. Erik spent additional time answering any questions. As issues presented themselves, he diligently worked to solve them and get out the “bugs” as we started to use our new phones.  He continues to be available for any questions that arise.

Our experience with ATI specifically Erik Anderson has been extremely positive. He helped transition our Company through a major technology upgrades with no interruption of service little or no interruption of day to day activities.

We informed ATI that we were moving our out of state office to a new facility. Before we knew it, their Network Services department proactively setup a game plan to seamlessly transition our circuits and suggested better pricing on carriers, allowing us to focus resources on other logistics of the move. On the day of the move, all circuits came up as scheduled with no issues and our office was fully functional by the start of normal business hours. The entire process couldn’t have been any smoother.

Mike did a great job listening to our needs and getting to know our style and culture. He presented the best options available for us to choose from.
